Arts and Public Relation Media

  1. Arts and all Public Relation Media is subject to BANK42n’s copyright.
  2. You may not modify or remove any trademark/logo from the original image.
  3. You may not add to replace any trademark/logo on BANK42n’s image or arts.
  4. You can repost Arts and Public Relation Media created by BANK42n with proper credit.

Custom Content Creation for The Sims 3 and The Sims 4

  1. Custom content in .package files created by BANK42n is included under Electronics Art’s UGC terms of use.
  2. Users are allowed to use, copy, modify, display, perform, create derivative works from BANK42n’s custom content to use personally but must not publish without proper permission or notice.
  3. Textures and meshes that are in .package files created by BANK42n are BANK42n’s intellectual property and users are not allowed to convert to other game/software such as convert to GTA V clothing mod or Second life clothing mod.
  4. Users are not allowed to re-publish/upload and sell the creations on other platforms including packing the Sim's tray file with CCs, if the user would like to share the create you may share by using the link to the original page of the creation.

Other Contents Created by BANK42n

  1. Project files such as Blender, PSD etc can be used for educational purposes or to be used in user’s projects by given proper credit to BANK42n.
  2. Users are not allowed to re-publish/upload and re-sell the creations without permission.
  3. All project files such as Blender, PSD etc. are the intellectual property of BANK42n and are their sole proprietorships.

Other

  1. BANK42n is not affiliated with any modified content that infringes the rights of third parties or the modified content that is illegal.
  2. BANK42n shall not be liable for any damage to the device and user data resulting from the downloading of BANK42n content on other websites that may be embedded with a virus or malware.
